1. What is the MOQ?
Usually our minimum order quantity is 3000pcs. But we accept small orders like 1000pcs, just price will be a little higher to cover the minimum cost.

 

2. What’s the price? How much are the bags or boxes on your website?
Firstly, there is not a standard price list since all of these products are customized.
The cost factor relates to the specifics of each job. Variances that will influence price are:
．Products material & quality
．Size
．Color requirements: pantone color or CMYK printing
．Finishing: such as lamination, coating. Gold/silvery foil stamping etc
．Order quantity
．$USD exchange rate

 

3. What’s the process?
If our price get approved, we will make samples and send to you for confirmation. After get green light from you, we will go with mass production.

 

4. Do you offer free samples or what would be the charge of the sample?
If you just want some products we made before to check the quality, yes, it is free. A small freight cost must be applied.
If create a customized sample, you have to pay for it, usually USD150-250/item. But we will refund once you place an order.

 

5. What format of artwork do you accept?
We welcome pdf,ai,cdr,eps,psd,qxd format files.

 

6. How long do I have to wait for my orders?
 Sample lead time: 4-6 days.
 Mass production:8-20 days depends on order quantity.

 

7. Can you help with design? And is that free?
When you choose work with iCreate Pack, you will receive the highest quality artwork from our professional design team, and it is free of charge. They will draw and revise upon your requirements and suggestion until you are satisfied, and send back to you for confirmation before printing.What’s more, they understand printing process and work closely with our print advisors, ensuring the concepts presented can be delivered within your deadline and budget.

 

8. What’s the payment terms?
T/T 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment.

 

9. Storage and Logistics
Many of our clients don’t have enough space, but we do, and it is free.
Sometimes, customers arrange deliveries of partial shipment, then we can keep the rest in our warehouse until they need it.
And the reliable shipping forwarders/agencies we cooperated have offices at the world’s major seaports.
